徐女士， 上海某医院护士， 赴美参加RN资格考试学习，2次B1拒签,情况复杂,资金不够.换过几本护照,签证记录不良好.第三次转成F1.经培训一次后于2月24日顺利获得赴美签证.完全版签经如下:
After 4 years in Saudi Arabia, I decided to go to the U.S.A through immigration.I passed CGFNS very easyly in 07/2004.But the IELTS test is very defficult for me,I failed twice .So I gave up this way to America.
I have been rejected twice for bussiness visa.At that moment I did not fully understand the American visa interview,so I have less paint about the preparation for the visa interview.
Then I thought the F1 visa was much easier to get,so I applyed for it.After I fully got to know about the American visa, my pain also came.In order to look for, decide,prepare the thought about visa interview,I have made so many phone to make sure whether my though is right.I don't know how much money I have paied for the calls,but I still can remember that some people who were disturbed by my phone really wanted to tell me "don't disturb me.But I can not care that.In order to make good preparation,I who did not anything about the applying for company,gave up job ,every day running through big streets and small lanes to apply for my company.fist time I did not do well about my company,then second time again.I don't want to write the detailed procedure,becouse I don't think there are some people who can really understand the 辛酸．I had cryed many times,my teacher and friends have convenced me to give up not only one time .I also have met future teller and forced them to tell me that I could go to the U.S.A. I don't want to give up my persuing(追求）．I also could not convence myself togive it up.In my deepest heart ,I still I had the chance to go to U.S.A, that belief surpported me to go through all the way.
what is most important during the training is that I have got got confidence.Especialy after the Spring festival,every a bit of improved confidence has been accepted and encouraged by Mr gao and Miss wang,which in turn enhanced my confidence.So before the visa interview, i was very confident and very much sure I can get the visa.
At the night before visa interview,Mr yang and Mr gao sent me a message 积极主动，平稳心态.which is very helpful.

ME:I want to learn the the advanced nursing knowledge in Kaplan and the model of the nursing training.I have a company doing the international nursing training.This is my bussiness licence(gave him it). I'm the boss,project directer as well as trainer.After coming back from the U.S.A,with the nursing knowledge I have leared,I can start the course on the 1st of Semp.This is the enrollment(gave him).This is the budget(gave him).You see at the end of the year 2007,the profit can reach to 1,400,000.00RMB.So it's necessary for me to go to U.S.A to study.
VO: what is your company doing?
ME: international nursing training.You see my husband is one of the share holderand doctor with many friends in hospitals,who can help me to publicze my company and enroll nurses for my course
VO: how many emploees in your company?
ME:5(gave him the picture I prepared) This is my manager who will continue work after I leaving for the U.S.A.As the shareholder, my husband will suppervise his job,which can let me feel free to study in the U.S.A
VO:how much money is in your company?
ME: 600,000RMB(showed him the money report from the window screen)

ME: yes
VO: how long?
ME:more than 12 years.
VO:Have you ever been in Saudi Arabia?
