四次拒签经过：
First F-1 2001 in Beijing
Change the undergraduate major
Everyone was refused. I was asked couple of questions. The questions were very general. I.e. Why will you go to US? What will you study in ***Univ.? I was refused without any specific reason.
(After 9.11 in 2001, most of the visa applicants were refused.)
Second F-1 Dec. 2001 in Beijing
Since I was refused and still wanted to bid on the second chance, I went to apply VISA second time.
The questions were almost same as before. In the room, no one was issued VISA in that morning.
So since the US visa was almost impossible to get, I decided to go to ***（another country） to study.

Third B-1 2002 in ***(another foreign country)
In November 2002, I planed to go to US for Christmas. My uncle and his family are in US. He invited me to join them during Christmas. The officer was nice, but told me that I have just arrived in ***. I was not so involved in my study. He could not issue me a VISA. He suggests me to reapply after couple of years of study.
Fourth B-1 2006 in ***(another foreign country)
I heard that many people from China got B-1 Visa in ***. It seems to be in good VISA application season. （实际上美国签证没有所谓的好的时期和不好的时期，主要是要看申请人是否满足非移民申请的要求）I was applying some US graduate schools. I decided to apply again and travel to US and visit some professors and graduate schools.
I had strong ties in *** at that time. （三签的时候，拒签原因为在加的约束力不够）I was about to graduate with B.Sc. Engineering. I would not give up my degree after 3+ years of hard working. I thought I was able to convince them that I will come back to Canada after a short trip (7 days).
The officer asked me whether I was refused and if I have relatives in the U.S. I answered the questions. He told me that since I was refused several times, if he issued the visa, it is a great opportunity for me to slip into the U.S.（签证官由于前几次申请被拒签为由而再次拒签） He told me that I should go back to China in summer to apply my student VISA in Beijing.
