Me: Er… I wish to go to the US to learn the advanced education and get the experience. But it is not my final purpose, it is a necessary road leading to my dream, develop .........Company. I have tight blood relationship with this company. All my family wish I could devote myself to this company. I am sure I will. I believe that, the biggest market in 21st century is China. My brilliant future is tied to this company tightly.

Me: My mother is able to cover all my financial obligations. She is the chief financial inspector of ............Company, also she is one of the stockholders of this company.
VO:（拿走公司营业执照，财务报表30秒）I cannot give you visa.
Me: Why?
VO: Because your funds is weak. It is not available.
Me: So, how much I should bring next time?
VO: You will apply again? I cannot say, because other officers may not agree with me. But your funds must be available. Your parents must live, they cannot sell their house for your study.
一签时向签证官传递的信息相当有限，并且没有主动地去阐述自己出国学习的必要性。正如签证官所说，如果去美国的动机不可得知，我们从何判断你出去后会不会回来呢？也可以看出一签时的准备不太充分，大到选择美国就读的原因、自己的职业规划，小到未来学校的信息、父母的具体职业，都没有清楚地向签证官表述清楚，所以被拒签并不奇怪。
二签时明显有了一些进步，能够说出自己去美国是为了将来回来发展家族事业，也说了母亲有能力支付学费。但是问题仍然存在：签证官不认为这笔学费能够支付得起，认为这笔费用将会给家庭带来太大的负担——换言之：投入太大。关于资金问题我们一直强调，首先我们不仅要向签证官明确表示自己的资金绝对充足，更要在谈话中表明WHY PAY的逻辑：我花钱是为了学到专业的知识，学成回来发展家族企业；企业发展了，我挣的钱还能少吗？我的这笔教育投资肯定能有高回报。如果这样的一个逻辑始终能在面谈过程中强烈地表达出来，并且合理，那么VISA就不是问题。
