我的情况很复杂，硬伤很大，uci, master,自费，留校一年。但是我申请的是phd，在我的offer letter上明确的写了，"you have applied for our phd program, but the committy recommend admission for master only at this time "

当时说的太快，记不清顺序了，把我能想起来的问题都写下来吧。
VO: what is your major?
ME：automatic control (具体学什么？有什么用？)

VO:It is about *** money.So who will pay for your expense,
ME: my parents （没有主动提供信息，没说父母在哪里，干什么工作，收入多少，够不够资助自己学习，而是等签证官下面一点点挤牙膏。这个问题始终存在于整个签证面试过程。）
VO: Give me your financial certificate.... your have saved this money in 2003 and 2005, (我的存款证明除了两年前家里给我备用的之外，是今年5月份一次性存入的)，where did this money from?
ME：(这里没能够提供任何证明来说明钱是哪里来的)in my hometown, they seldom put money into the bank, but use the money to invest usually.
VO: what kind of invest?
ME: such as stocks. I have brought my parents income certificate.
VO: what is your father? （又给了机会）
ME: associate professor in a university
VO: the name of the university （签证官很有耐心）
ME: employee and work.
VO: and what is your mother?
ME: my mother is a doctor, a gynaecologiest
VO: how many years has she been a doctor?
ME: more than 30 years
VO: that is a long time.
Vo：do you have any brothers or sisters?
ME: yes,an eld brother
Vo: Has he worked?
ME: yes, in the post office
Vo: is he living with your parent?
ME: no,
Vo: how did you know this school?
ME: when i was looking through the Control Theory conference two years ago. I found several papaer was published by professors from the UCI, and from then on, i kept an eye on this school, and later, I found that UCI is a really a great school, especially in IC design, the area that I am going to focus on. （这里有个失误。IC容易引起误解，签证官有可能会认为跟敏感专业挂钩。）
VO: your are going to study for master or phd? （签证官又给了表述的机会）
ME: master,
VO: why? （a nice VO）
ME: because master will be enough for me to find a good position when I come back to china. （不是学位够不够的问题，重点应放在：硕士的课程设计符合自己现在的知识状态以及将来的职业目标）
VO: what kind of position
ME: it will be a IC design corporation.
Vo: (继续看我的财产证明)then, what about your second year, who will pay for your second years\'s tuition and daily expense?
ME: I will stdudy hard in my first year and get financial aid for my second year.
VO:(开始准备据我)your bank certification was put in only twice, i am going to refuse you at this time,
现在是因为财产问题拒我，如果现在我再要起他人比如我哥哥，做担保会不会有反效果？
VO会不会认为是我因为以前被拒而又另外找人来做担保，
另外，整个过程中我还有一份银行的存款证明，就是能够保证我第二年的expense的证明，没有拿出来，如果我在他问“any other financial statment?”的时候拿出这份证明会不会有帮助？
另外，除了银行的存款证明是不是必需要把存折给他看？
还有什么办法能让他相信家里有足够的资金来供我去读书？
（既然有存款证明能保证第二年花费，为什么不当时就拿出来？关于资金问题，签证官关心的是三点：您有没有足够的钱来保证自己在美国期间的学习和生活？这些钱是否会对您和您的家庭带来沉重的负担？您花了那么多钱值不值得？回国能挣回来吗？如果一开始就主动向签证官说明这些问题，后面的资金纠缠就可以避免了。）
